Return & Exchanges Policy

🔄 Return Eligibility
We aim for complete satisfaction with every order. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must remain unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • A proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation or invoice) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

🔁 Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a full refund. We may request images of the product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.

💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error caused by us.
For your convenience and to ensure your return is properly tracked, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
